About Me	I am a  determined second-year journalism student with a passion for anything creative.  I’m looking to pursue a career in digital communications, marketing and PR. Having worked in customer service, I have extensive experience working and communicating with a wide array of people. ㅡ Experience	NTT Fundraising / Call Agent August 2021 - PRESENT,  REMOTE This job entails fundraising on behalf of well-known charities such as Dogs Trust and Great Ormond Street Hospital. Although this is a fundraising company, my role as a call agent was sales driven and required me to work towards goals each week. I have gained useful skills from this job such as conflict management, organisational skills, good communication skills and problem-solving.
